Gravity would be zero at the center because you are symmetrically surrounded by mass... the same tug in all directions sum to nothing.

Well being that the mass of the earth is spread throughout the entire planet your biggest problem would be the molten core of the planet. Ideally gravity is based on mass. At the center point of the earth the majority of the mass is around you.

The gravitational acceleration / force at the Earth's Center of mass is zero since you are being pulled in all directions equally and symmetrically by the surrounding mass of the Earth.
As you decent below of the surface of a uniform solid sphere it is somewhat like peeling of layer of mass. As you decent, the gravitational acceleration decreased linearly since the mass 'above' you is being canceled out.
At the center, there is no mass beneath you and the gravitational acceleration is zero.

Probably increase a little. Gravity is a force and force is always has to do with distance. The lesser the distance - the greater the force with the same amount of energy applied.

Other than that it would be unpleasant to be in a bath of molten iron-nickel, with no Gatorade, gravitational forces should balance out at 0. The pressure may not be comfy, though.
