There are great Welsh people just as there are great people of all nationalities. You can't judge anyone by their nationality, as it tells you very little about their personality or background.
You need to work out what it is safe to assume. For example, if you learn that somebody went to Eton, you can assume that their family is well off, but it is wrong to say straight away that they turn their nose up at working class people just because a few do.
Me, I know seven nice Welsh people and two evil Welsh people. The two evil ones are both farmers, but since I haven't met all Welsh farmers I can't say that all Welsh farmers are bad.

I LOVE Tom Jones...he is one of the greatest singers and he will always remain a classic. Catherine Zeta-Jones is a very beautiful Welsh woman. I have always wanted to visit Cardiff. I came close, but not quite (I live in California, so it is a bit of a ways.)
