BobaFett didn't have a nemisis. He was a bounty hunter who worked for the highest bidder. In Empire Strikes Back he tracked and trapped Han Solo and took him to Jabba the Hutt because there was a price on Solo's Head.
You learn in the new trilogy that Bobba Fett's father (Jango Fett) was killed by a Jedi Knight. So, he doesn't like Jedi's.

In Episode V, "The Empire Strikes Back," Boba Fett was a bounty hunter who chased and eventually caught Han Solo for the price on his head offered by the notorious gangster Jabba the Hutt. Han Solo unwittingly got his revenge in Episode VI, "Return of the Jedi," when he accidentally bumped Boba Fett's jet pack, causing it to ignite. As a result Boba Fett flew out of control and slammed into Jabba the Hutt's flying skiff. He then fell to the ground and was eaten by the Sarlacc. I know; it's hard to understand with all the weird names for everything, so see the movies and you'll understand.

Any other bounty hunter. Princess Leia disguised herself as the bounty hunter Bossk in able to sneak into Jabba's palace and free Han. So Bossk is a good answer. Also, I'd say he'd be pretty peeved at whoever separated daddy Jango's head from his body *Episode 2 during the Coliseum fight*
