I like every season of the year. Means nothing to me that I can't handle.

It's definitely a good thing! You have the great memories of summer to look fondly back on, yet you have the hope that a new season will bring!

Since I'm still in school getting my degree, the end of summer (end of August actually) means turning over a new leaf.

It also means that I can stop holding my breath to hold my gut in...no more need to flash skin...plus I love cute cozy fall clothes!

Good that the weather is cooling down enough for things to start growing again, and that it's fall planting season.

Bad in that the days are getting shorter, and that's not a good thing for people like me with Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Good that the humidity is dropping, which means the nights are clearer and stargazing is better.
Good that the nights are cooling down, which means snuggling with my sweetie will be even nicer (granted, we'll probably have a handful of cats in bed, too, but they can just deal...)
Good that we can do more hiking/walking/etc. since it won't be so hot.
Good that the air is cooler but the river is still warm from summer, making for nice rock-hopping or canoeing.

So, I guess, Good!

The season's change whether we like it or not.

It's rather cold here in Ohio (50s). The leaves are changing.
I like "Indian Summer" here in N.E. Ohio. The leaves are gorgeous the first 2 weeks in October. The days are warm and the evenings cool. That's the best part of summer leaving.

Winter is not too far away, I'm afraid. I am NOT ready for winter. I don't like shoveling snow or driving through it! Grin and bear it, I guess! :)

Autumn doesn't start until Saturday... but I like change, I'd probably get bored with the same weather all the time, and I like autumn weather a lot.
