As nice as that may sound, no, it doesn't mean that he loves you.
Love is when you have been together for years, been through wars with those without and within, know almost everything there is to know about each other and still count the minutes 'till you see your love again. Now that is true love. Doesn't come easy, has to be fought for but worth every drop if you are able to get it.

no i don't think he loves you, love is something much more than think in about someone its like seeing them for the first time every time putting a big smile just remembering a time spend with. He can be on the way to loving you but just remember" the greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return".

he loves u if he .......... gives u his jacket in the rain, calls u cuz he saw something that reminded hm of u eg place , time song etc., if he introduces u to his friends without them having to ask, if he brings u home to meet the mother and his beloved dog. ..... what u have is infatuation which can be the 1st step twards love

how do u know he can't stop thinking about u? is that what he says? most guys will say anything that they think the women want to hear in order to get what they want.
(i'm not saying he's being dishonest. just saying to beware of that because it is very very very common for the guys to lie about anything that they think will help their 'cause'.)

Depends on what he's thinking about you! Is he thinking he wants to get you into bed? That's not love, that's lust. Go slow with him and find out what he really is like and what he is really thinking about you.

I can t really answer that. But, if he tells you he cant stop thinking about then you know he likes you. I think that counts.
