When alls you need to do is by some really good Pure Prune juice, drink a fulll glass, of it, and you will not only have a really easy "Bowel-Movement" but, if you keep drinking about a 1/2 a glass of this Sunsweet prune juice, everyday, its not only high in Potassium (good for the heart) but, it will keep you "Regular" every day.. that and banana's!! Good-Luck, hope you get to go to the market and buy some, you wont regret it, I promise you!!! Smile!!

You have several options here hun.You can either take care of this yourself or you can go to the doctor. Now,taking care of this yourself is quite easily and can be done by using things from your local drug store or even from your kitchen.Sometimes, prune juice or apple juice works i have heard. Also, there is an over the counter laxative it is called "Correctol".It is a woman's laxative,it is gentle on your system. If you go to the doctor, they can give you suggestions but you can try to take care of it from home and more than likely have success.Remember to take plenty of fiber and drink juice on a daily basis.Good luck and i hope you feel better soon!

Recommended:
1. 8 glasses of water daily
2. Increase exercise if you are physically able
3. Drink more orange, apple or prune juice
4. Add more fiber to your diet: raisins, oatmeal, bran, fruits and vegetables
5. If the above do not help, seek medical advice you may have a health issue.

Drink a lot of water, coffee always does it for me. Walking helps a lot too. That is why exercise is so important because it keeps your body regular. Or take a stool softener or other over the counter medicine for constipation. I am not trying to scare you but being backed up like that can be dangerous, so I would try anything you can to relieve some of that.

Drink a small glass of prune juice every morning and eight glasses of water every day. A big glass of prune juice now will get things going, then follow the advise above. If you don't get results ... see a doctor.

at the drug store there is some stuff called maltsupex. pills or powder. i prefer the powder(if available) mix in a glass of milk, drink it down, and you'll be running for the bathroom!! you might want to ask the pharmacist, it's not healthy to go that long without going.

What works for me is carbonated apple juice, I drink it early in the morning instead of eating breakfast. My favorite is Martinelli's apple juice.
