He died from a sting by the manta rays. You know that animal from Finding Nemo, the teacher?

Well he was stabbed in the chest by a sting ray and he was shooting an underwater video but he got on the back of the sting ray and the end of it's tail stabbed him in his heart and he pulled it out but later at the hospital he died

He was accidently killed after he was stabed by a sting ray in the chest very unlucky of him because not to many people have died from these animals
