There are several online halloween costume shops that offer a wide selection of playful costumes just for women. Find one with low ground shipping costs and a decent exchange policy just in case you receive and item that is damaged or doesn't fit correctly.
We recently used a site called playfulcostumes.com to order a sexy schoolgirl outfit. We received the outfit quickly and we also saved 10% by using this coupon code: sw10off. Not sure if it still works but it's worth a try.

Like April said, try a local sex shop. Here in Houston, we've got Cindie's and Zone D. They've both got some really cute, sexy costumes!! : )
