Jaquie,
I used to live in Chiswick, and envoironmentally went to such things as Glastonbury, Richmond, and weird ones in an old live-in truck here and there.
I must confess to being not perfect in all aspects, yet I agree that it seems to bit a bit of of a culture thing to waste even the Inner London environment. Though I suppose in W4, things are a bit tidier. But that, I agree is not the point. The waste nonesense that is strewn around the place is needless.
I would happily put together a thing together to help folks with a garbage disposal problem in London. Is their already one existing ?
I do confess to re-wiring squats for the homeless, and perhaps slightly off the statute books, taking over certain responsibilities on behalf of those on hard times, in the interests of human dignity.
So in overall answer to your question, I would have a word with someone throwing a Mc.Donalds wrapper & box on the
pavement,
But not someone in a sad predicament in life.

Just my thoughts for now,

Bob

They dont, its all hypothetical to them. they are too stupid to realise the whole concept of cities is environmentally disasterous, so they prat about with stupid restrictive policies which cripple responsible companies yet are unenforced wich leads to incidents like where the River Coln was poisoned recently thousands of fish died and the poisons are still heading downstream,
Perhaps London environmentalists should head for the Thames and wait for these dead fish to arrive, so they could drink the poisoned water and go round to No 10 downing Street to prove that polluted water can kill by dying there.
