Fog doesn't grow no matter what you feed it
If you mean what effect does grazing have on the amount of fog then I would say very little! As long grass would contribute little extra moisture and the major factors for the density of fog are atmospheric pressure and temp and not just humidity

One previous answer is on the right lines: you need to look at under what circumstances fog is produced and then look at the effects of grazing on the flora in the area you mention.

Perhaps the question should have said Bog, not fog. Too much grazing and muddy fields would increase Yorkshire bogs.
