I think abortion was pretty much legal 100 years ago. Anti-abortionists, therefore, naturally complain that abortion sets us back 100 years. The assumption in their argument seems to be that time travel is bad. Although this does not explain why they are opposed to time travel, it does seem to suggest that they are indeed opposed to it.

opposing abortion is one thing, but time travel is a bit fictional, try to explain more on the Time traveling part.

I've never seen these two concepts put together, but I guess
it could be true - I'm in pro-choice & would love to travel into
the future.

...if it is true, then I guess it could be explained by thier train of thought. They do not want anybody to undo what is going to happen.
ie: kill an unborn fetus, or change something in the past that will affect the present/future

cause they are mad. maybe cause they opposed to missing things. by abortion,u miss a childs life and by time travel,you miss that in between time.
