how is poverty in singapore like?

econmic - would dare say the bottem 10 to 20 % is better off then the 10 - 20 % of any developed countries or cities like London, NY.. etc

cultural - multural society as such hard to define povert in terms of cultural - if talking about access to cultural actvities.. well the top end musicals are perhaps as expensive as east end ; lots of fringe shows during major arts festival and also religious ceremonies of many kinds throughtout the year.

social status - no class system - yes wide & likely wider range from the no 1 to the last .. no rules against any race or religion, in fact the law protects all.. Singaporeans.. iregardless of race, languange, religion..
