From your Doctor if your sick,or from where ever this situation took you away from your work, sometime If you have other emergencies other then medical ask the person your seeing.
example if you take your car to a garage ask them it's to verify that you were there , this will show that your not at home unexcused.

A written medical excuse should be obtained from your medical doctor or hospital where you were last treated for your health problem.

well 4 one thing do you like your job. if you dont like it and want 2 be excused id reccomed u get a new job u like. or if ur truly ill id see your doctor 2 see if/she can give ur company disabillity untill u feel better
