Yes, it changed my life a few years back, when I was suffering from extremely painful periods and couldn't even get out of bed for days, except for running to the loo every 10 minutes. When I started taking it, although in very high doses, it was like a miracle and I could actually live normally again, without this awful disruption to my life every month. My periods were still uncomfortable, but no longer unbearable. Take care : )

I looked it up...The scientific evidence behind it is vague. Nothing is proven about this product. Not to mention, it may cause seizures. Please be careful when deciding to use this product
