I am getting pretty bored with the current stories. The are dragging and dragging. What do you think?

Agree 100%. I record the show on DVR and have been finding myself FF through half of the storie lately. Because it's the same things happening over and over again and it's old. Like the Jack an Jen story bores me, how many times have they replayed the same exact thing?!?! I was so liking Jen with Frankie though and hoped that it would have worked out, anyway glad to finally see Jack and Jen leave (even though in a few yrs they will probably return). Same goes with the whole Austin-Carrie-Lucas-Sami situation. I have been watching DOOL for about 13yrs now since I was little and have never been as bored with the show as I am now. Hopefully when Stefano really returns it will help pick up the storylines though.

I think it has been dragging but i think things are starting to pick up now that there is a new head writer on the show. Its already starting, Jack and Jen are leaving the show, Shawn finds out he is Claire's father and the rest of the stuff seems to be unraveling a little quicker now. I'm a big fan of the show so I watch it even if it is kinda boring or slow.

I enjoy this show, but I think it's time for new writers... Please no more devil posessions or cars backing over babies though. Daytime is supposed to be entertaining, not downright depressing!
I LOVE Jen and Jack (mom of 4) They to me are the saving grace of the whole show, I love the comic relief they add.
BTW, I was lucky enough to meet Melissa Reeves (Jen) in person and she is a sweetheart. We actually spent a few hours together. Really nice person!

Actually Yesturdays was pretty good. I think Hope is finally starting to belive Bo, and well Mimi's Mom doens't want shawn to leave mimi, but on the commerical for today's show it showed that he finds out he is claires baby. so I think the story's should move alittle faster now.

confident, Days do tend to recycle their old storylines lots. The examples you have suggested have been the numerous obtrusive ones. i'm in simple terms so uninterested in the comparable ol' kidnapping (Ciarra, Sydney), the "who's the parent" (Carly/Melanie, Sami/Sydney, Chloe/Phillip/Daniel), shooting (EJ in 2007 AND 2010), and enormously the affection triangle (Ej/Sami/Rafe) leftovers the writers have been dispensing to us. it form of feels like the writers can no longer think of of latest cloth, so as that they could desire to reuse their old ones! that's getting extremely tiresome, or maybe although I won't supply up watching DOOL each time quickly, i'm in simple terms no longer as involved as i grew to become into earlier.

I haven't watched Days of Our Lives in like ten years. This soap has gone downhill for me. Its no wonder they are only ever nominated for Best Hair and Makeup and the awards. LOL. Its never for an actor or actress, or best soap.

Well, today Shawn finds out he is Claire's dad. Jennifer picks Jack instead of Frankie (which sux cause he is HOT). Other than that-nothin' much!!! I watch General Hospital too.

I haven't watched in a few years, but I heard that Patch was back, so I'm sure it will start getting better again.

I think the soap operas were created for those who are a bit soft in the brain.
