well, sort of . its not the whole penis but on the bottom when your partner is giving you a hand job have her or him take their index and middle fingers and rub vigorously up and down in a very fast motion. This particular spot on the penis is very sensitive and also is an orgasm trigger.

It's the frenulum. If you don't know what that it, it's the loose skin on the underside, near the head. The tip of it is where orgasm is centered. Surprised you didn't figure that out already.
