Ok, why do most women like to go dancing majority of the time with their girlfriends versus inviting their hubs to come along & bring other couples as well? By dancing with your girls more then your men do you think you might be sending a message that you prefer the company of your girls over your men? Just wondering...

Easy answer. Most men HATE dancing. Granted there are exceptions in life like Fred Astaire, etc., but for the most part dancing is something the females look forward to in much the same way a typical man looks forward to a football game. Since most of the "hubs" don't enjoy dancing, the females need to dance amongst themselves. I wouldn't read into it anymore than that.

I think it stems mainly from the fact that some men refuse to dance or don't know how to. Girls are generally less defensive about how they look in front of their friends, unlike guys who may believe that they will look 'girly' if they dance with someone.

I guess I come from the old school. I would never think of dancing with my gf's over my hubby...UNLESS he didn't want to dance and the girls did! That is the only exception.

Nope, just like guys want to have a night with the guys watching sports or going to the bar, girls like to get dressed up and go out on the town together for some clean fun... :)

well not exactly most women like dancing so they will dance with anyone if they get a chance(boyfriends,girlfriends or relatives)

They like to dance and spend time w/ friends.When you go out w/ your friends how does your wife change the dynamic of the group.It's the same for her.

My husband ALWAYS comes dancing with me, and he enjoys it. However, many of his friends tease him, call him metrosexual etc. because they claim it is "unmanly" to dance.

WELL FOR YEARS WE WOMEN HAVE TRIED TO GET U HUBBIES OUT ON THE DANCE FLOOR BUT YOU WOULDN'T GO.NOW WE JUST DON'T ASK AND TAKE OUR G/F INSTEAD.NO IT JUST MEANS THAT WE GIVE UP ON THE FIGHT.GOOD LUCK.
