Well I've never cheated, and don't ever intend to, but I imagine they cheat because either their sex lives are boring, they find their partner boring, but don't know how to break things off. Maybe they enjoy the excitement of doing something they know is morally wrong. And some women just like to be thought of attracive by more than one guy. It tests their allure, I suppose.
That said, it's not an excuse, I don't believe in cheating. Flirting is okay I guess, as long as it's just a bit of fun. But that's just me, other people do whatever the hell they want, they usually do. Your life, your choices.

I'm gonna guess the same reasons men do it for. I'm a woman and I would never cheat on my husband. Sometimes I flirt with other men not because I want to cheat on my husband but because I like the attention and I've always been a flirt. I flirt with men and women. I am not a lesbian or bi I've just always been a flirty kind of girl. Did wifey cheat on you? Are you that man in the office? Guilty?

I think cheating & flirting are two differnent subjects. Everyone flirts in some way, shape or form. But cheating is crossing the line. Ladies cheat and men cheat, but on the other hand ladies are faithful and men are faithful to.

I don't cheat on my husband we have trust.
We have been to together now for 13 years.
I think that when you are in a marriage a little flirting between other woman (husband) and men (Me) is fine as long as it is made clear that you don't want to take it any further, also it doesn't do any harm.

Not all women are like that. I've been married to my husband for over 12 years and would never consider flirting or being with someone else. I treat my man the same way I want him to treat and respect me.

Not all ladies do! I think it's just the ones who are unhappy, either with their relationship or themselves. I love my partner and wouldn't dream of two timing him, but I work in a male dominated environment and do enjoy the occasional harmless flirt because it's reassuring.

Ladies with husbands who still know how to play do not do that. Improve the situation at home and your wife will not do that.

i think because office workers work long hours and are spend all day with the same people. im glad i dont work in an office, i hate the whole 'office party' and office flirting thing.

My wife works in the same office as me and I know she doesn't flirt with anyone (including me!)
On the other hand, I flirt with any woman I phone ... as long as my wife's not within hearing!
