If he is sly, he passed it off at work as nothing important and made a joke about it to his coworkers. His thoughts initially: "am I not good enough?" (are they ever?!?) It is a slight blow to the testosterone filled "it's all about me" male ego. Then the "maybe she's into girls?" question will enter his thoughts. ooh! that's another blow to his male spermicidally enhanced ego. If he's a temperamental guy, he may be pissed that he now knows he is not good enough and accuse you of being a lesbitarian. If he's mild tempered it'll be no big deal. But his unconscious ego has some bruising and those thoughts will be looming in the back of his mind. It's up to you to get a step ahead and manipulate this situation to your advantage. Tell him it is for the BOTH of you to enjoy. It'll get him thinking more clearly with his beefy burrito of manhood.

At work: I would keep it simple: Play it cool at work and say it's kind of a joke.
And hell YEAH approach your girlfriend with that... If she find's it necessary to use the stuff described above there seems to be something wrong.. Don't you think? Well or maybe not.. Maybe it's really something fun..
