Twins will face Yankees if they win the Wild Card, and they will face Tigers if the Division.

The Twins and The Tigers will both make the playoffs.
Depends on who does what and when.
Chances are the wild card plays the skankees
and the division winner plays Oakland.
The white are 5 games behind 1st, and 4 games out of the wild card.
Plus the whinny sux play in Minnesota (where The Twins have the best home record of all MLB) the last weekend of the season.
You can hear the white sox fans crying all the way across Lake Michigan!

They would play the team with the best record in the AL, which in this case would be the Yankees if they win the wild card.
If they win the Division then they could play the Oakland A's who seem to be a lock as the AL West division winner.

A wildcard team cannot face a member of its own division in the first round of the playoffs. Rather, they would play the division winner with the best record. As of right now, that would be the Yankees. Oakland would play Detroit.

They will face the New York Yankees. The Tigers will be at home for the A's. Then it will be the Yankees against the Tigers in the American championship.
