You need to make sure you're eating a complete healthy diet. Fresh veggies and fruits, lean meats and pleanty of fresh dairy.
Take a prenatal, since its hard to get enough iron and folic acid naturally.
You should NOT eat certain fish and sea foods. NEVER eat a fish you catch on your own, theres just too much mercury.

Get plenty of follic acid. Orange juice is full of it. Try to just eat a healthy well balanced diet. Also, try to make sure you get enough fiber in your diet so you don't get constipated. Some foods to avoid during pregnancy are; all shellfish and lake fish. Don't consume more than 1 can of tuna fish per week. Also, stay away from anything that isn't pasteurized, like soft cheeses (such as brie), and fresh apple cider.
Also, I had gestational diabetes, which I was able to control with diet, but I have read that eating smaller meals more frequently can help prevent it.

CONGRATULATIONS_ Eat lots of Dairy Products for Calcium. Red meat for Iron. Stuff yourself with fruits, vegetables, dry-fruits. Fish too is said to be good. Have an egg a day.
Also don't forget to exercise it will aid during delivery. Walk -unless you've been advised bed rest. You don't need to eat for two just eat healthy. Avoid ghee it'll only make you fat not healthy.
