Not a lot of jewelry but make sure your belt matches, necklace, bracelet and ring match too. Don't over do it, but enough too look glamourous. As for your clothes try a nice pair of dress pants, not too tight but comfortabl enough for you with a loong sleeve sweater, cute of course or a nice button up shirt.

If this is a busness function, A smart pant suit, or skirt and blouse and possibly a jacket if available with comfortable or sexy heels which ever you prefer, Use the jewelry you have and keep it simple. necklace, silver or gold or whatever as long as it compliments the outfit.
