less than a hour....go to city hall in your city and ask for a application for a business license..fill the form out and pay your fee, the clerk will give you your business license

It normally takes 2 weeks with your state department. Here in Texas it takes 10 solid business days from Austin.

Just go down to your local courthouse and get a license it is as simple as that. All you have to do is pay a small fee and voila you have your license.
