I think i answered this in another question,Along with the other scum of the earth I think they should be given a choice between the death penalty and life on the understanding that life means what it says,never mind the bleeding heart do gooders.After all i don't think there is such a thing as rehabilitation with paedophiles or murderers.Don't forget that we now have DNA evidence the chances of injustice are about 0.01%.

Yea, so a couple of innocent people may be hanged by accident, I'm sure the introducement of the death penalty for paedophilia would act as a much better deterrent and would save hugely more child lives than take innocent adult lives.

All rapists, peadophiles and murderers should be given the death penalty but then you would start getting so called 'martyrs'.
But the whole second chance thing is awful, yes it works in very small cases but they must face the consequences of their actions.
Also theres fact that sometimes the police are wrong, but technology is better now so its time to briiiing it back!!

Remember that guy Stefan Kisko ? He got out of prison about five years ago (died about 6 months later because of a bad heart) after 17 years for killing a little girl. Except that the police had suppressed medical evidence that proved he could not have been the killer; it turns out he had the mind of a ten year old & so it was easy to pin the whole thing on him.
In the mean time, the real killer probably continued his nasty little hobby.
So NO ! The death penalty is a terrible idea. ALWAYS.

Can you really re-introduce the death penalty?
The reason it was abolished was the amount of miscarriages of justice that have happened. Imagine what would happen after somebody was executed and then later on proved to be innocent?
I agree that paedophilia is a terrible thing but I'm not sure that the death penalty is the option.
I think they should be locked up for life.

Amen to that. The most sensible thing ever said about those scum. Why should they get off lightly with an easy custodial sentence when they have ruined an innocents life. I find it really difficult to even write this as this topic infuriates me so much. If anyone did that to my children I know my family would kill the person regardless of the consequences to them.

Yes, completely agree. For all the human rights activists - I think paedos lose theirs when they choose to abuse children - surely chemical castration is an option, given the scientific developments these days? Other than that, we could make it a public event.

Too true but a long slow mean death so they suffer, cut there bits and bats off and feed them to them for breakfast first though.
