I always feel better. Studies have shown that people who tend to "bottle up their feelings" develop more long term mental and physical problems than those who don't (bottle up their feelings).
I think crying is cleansing. For me, it helps me work through the negative feelings about what has made me cry in the first place, so I end up feeling more clear-headed and relieved, even though it can take me anywhere from several minutes to a few hours to get to the 'feel better' point.
I think too many people view crying as a sign of weakness, so they just try to pretend nothing is bothering them, when they know that we ALL deal with things that bother us from time to time. I think we tend to underestimate just how beneficial having a good cry is in helping us get through difficult times.

After a good cry I feel better. Usually I'm tired so I have a nap and then after I wake up again I feel better. I only feel worse after I vomit, but that's something different entirely.

I feel better and relieve after a good cry. One of the best ways to lighten up one`s load is to express it through crying. It is a form of emotional unloading that is beneficial to the psychological state of the person.
Releasing some of our concerns by meditation..crying..listening to music..being alone...telling other people...praying.. are healthy ways for our emotional state thus preventing us from mental fatigue or otherwise.

I always feel much better after a nice long cry...crying supposedly releases endorphins so sometimes when I need a little pick -me -up I make myself cry.

Depends on why I am crying. Crying is a great release if you have a lot of built up anger or anxiety. But if you arre crying for depression until you can't cry now more, it can make you sick.

I usually feel very very tired after a good cry. At the same time, I find it relieving. I fall asleep every time I cry.
