i was doing accunpuncture and thius guy put a small laser on my head for a couple of minutes to relax me and now I am feeling all this weird stuff on my head that I have never felt before, not long after he had done that. it feels like there are little things crawling in my head and I feel like my head is trembling. would appreciate some answers from anyone who has had same experience

a large part of what you are feeling is probably just psychological.. most likely the laser wasn't powerful enough to cause any lasting damage to you.. but that doesn't mean it didn't scorch your skin a little.. remember, a laser is just a focus beam of light.. you know, that stuff they have been telling us to wear sun screen to protect our self from? and yes, it can penetrate into deeper layers of skin than normal light, so you might be feeling the effect at a lower level... as an example.. they are using what they are calling a "Gama Knife" in some brain operations now.. it's a multi point high focus energy beam that allows them to scorch some areas of the brain without opening the skull. it does less damage than traditional surgery, if it can be used. now, what you were introduced to was probably not much stronger than the laser pointers you can get at the gas station, so relax, and if it bothers you request he doesn't use it next time.

You are not supposed to put any type of laser on your body unless its done by a professional.

yes if you have cancer and a certain metal fitting mask is made to knock off some of the effect of the radiation.
