Does it seem like everywhere you go there's people that just talk about the dumbest things, things that you don't give a crap about. Do you ever look at someone & think " why are you telling me this, I hardly know you, & I just don't care.

Unfortunately those people will read this and not know it appies to them. YA is an example of the good and the bad when it comes to knowledge, common sense, and sadly, the ignorance pervasive around us. In this day and age when legitimate information is at our fingertips, most ( sorry fellow Americans ) just choose to be ignorant, narcissistic and shallow.

No. I think every single individual has something to bring to the table. Just because you "don't give a crap" about what they have to say does not mean all of people are idiots. They are just different from you.

You may choose to spend time with them or not. If you choose to spend time with or around them, then you have absolutely no right to critisize them.

If you choose not to spend time with them, you may one day miss a very important message from someone that you consider an "idiot."

Why sweat about what they tell you? Feel secure about yourself and dont give what it takes about these people. Sometimes life cant be taken too seriously and I hope you'll find a life out there which is not surrounded by idiots. I hope mine is, but my workplace is like a courtroom....and people dont give idiotic speeches. They're just annoying. Feel it and you'll dream of your idiotic scenes.

Sometimes but usually only when I'm in a bad mood. The rest of the time I tend not to notice the nonsense.

If you live in America, I can absolutely agree with you. We are an entertainment country, we are built on gimicks and shiny things that we can't get enough of. I'm seriously hoping that this ideology isn't worldwide. That would make me sad.

Yes, I do. That happens to me a lot, and the worst is having to pretend that you´re interested and keep on smiling, or if it happens at work...

All the time.
Even though I like people, I still admit that many of them suffer from chronic-stupidity.

takes one to know one. Most people just wanna be friendly, if you don't want to listen, just tell the person politely, or go away.
