Yes you can get pregnant while on pill though if you are taking it accordingly, the chance is least likely as the relability of pills is about 99%.
However it is true that there are things that lessen the effect of the pills such as having diarrhoea and/or vomiting,
taking certain antiepilepsy drugs, including Epanutin (phenytoin) and Tegretol (carbamazepine) , taking antibiotics – notably those used for fungus infections and tuberculosis (TB), but also commonly prescribed antibiotics like tetracyclines and Amoxil and some herbal medicines.
You can tell you are pregnant by doing test. You need to be aware of the difference of menstrual bleeding with the other bleeding which can happen during pregnancy.

Although this rarely happens, it CAN happen (less than 1%). Antibiotics decrease the effectiveness, and also an incorrect (too low) dosage could allow a pregnancy to occur, not using other contraception when first starting the pill, or missing several consectutive doses could also result in pregnancy. If you suspect you are pregnant, do not take any more pills and go to the doctor or clinic for a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Of course, use alternative contraception in the mean time.

Take a pregnancy test then you'll know for sure. No contraception is 100% so there is always a possibility for it to fail. Certain antibiotics interfere with it and cause it to be not as effective. In this instance you should get advice from your Dr but normally you have to use a condom for at least a week after the course of antibiotics is finished. If you really don't want to be pregnant you should use a condom aswell as the pill for extra protection or refrain from sex.

You can get pregnant while on the pill if you forget to take it or take it at different times during the day. If you have severe diarrhea or vomiting you could end up expelling the pill before it takes effect and could wind up pregnant. If you take certain antibiotics while on the pill they could cancel out the pill´s effects and you could get pregnant. The only way you can tell is by taking a pregnancy test.

yes you can, even if you are not on other medications and if you don't have an upset stomach.
As BJ says it is a very small chance.
You can tell if you are pregnant while on the pill by doing a urine pregnancy test. You might suspect if you "feel pregnant" or have tender or enlarging breasts, nausea in the mornings, cravings for odd foods, etc.

Yup.
The pill is only 99.9% effctive when you take it and the SAME TIME EVERYDAY.
Mess up your times or miss a day and your protection drops.
Many studies say the pill is in reality only 85 -95% effective with the average user.

This is rare, but it can happen. Be very careful to use extra precautions if you are taking antibiotics which can make the pill less effective. Anti convulsant medicine may reduce effectiveness also. Don't take Black cohosh or St John's Wort with OCPs.
