It is very diffcult to get a job where you have good offer and you are happy working there. It is always either the pay is good and the boss is bad or vice versa. The worse is the pay is bad and the boss is bad. So you have to determine it yourself whether pay is more important to you or the working environment is important to you. Once you know the factor, I believe you have the answer to this problem.

Ask yourself , money that will make u happy ? Or happiness itself? If the choice is 1, then make money go home happy everyday. I would rather wake up and go to work happily

If money is utmost important in your current situation, then stay on but seek for other jobs...
If happiness is very important above all, then quit!

dont take it if you dont like the boss you will end up being miserable,so now you have to ask is it worth it
