always follow the CTM (cleansing, toning and moisturising) routine twice a day without fail

for ur t-zone which tends to get oily apply a face pack of mutani mitti, tomato pulp and a dash of lemon juice. multani mitti will suck out the excees oil from ur skin, tomato has natural astringent like properties and lemon juice will make ur face glow without making it shiny.

for the rest of ur face which is dry apply a face pack of honey, mashed banana and lemon juice. honey is a natural cleansing agent which will not make ur skin dry, banana will moisturise the skin and lemon juice for the glow minus the shine.

to avoid tanning in the sun use a moisturiser with sunscreen 15min before stepping out of the house on all exposed areas of the skin. lotus sunscreen with an SPF of 25 to 30 will be effective. once u come home u can apply aloe vera gel on ur face to cool down ur skin and replenish the moisture lost due to exposure to the sun.

u can also eat vitamin e capsules 2-3 times a week after a meal for better skin and hair.

otherwise try to eat a healythy diet, exercise regularly, drink lots n lots of water and stay happy n stress free. trust me this will make a huge difference.

ur skin is only a reflection of whats inside...

all the best!

you can use lacto calamine lotion as a base and then apply moisturiser on that.
However using multani mitti pack once a week will also help. It will not only remove excess oil from you skin but will give it a glow .
