I'm going to Edinburgh in a few months and I'd like to take a couple of days to check out Glasgow as well. What is the simplest way to get from one city to the other ? Also, how much travel time is between the two? Any info appreciated-thanks.

take the train, it runs through Stirling and is (if i remember right) 10 pounds for the ride... I recommend a stop in Stirling to check out the Castle and the Wallace monument. (BraveHeart).
