some of it is human instinct, which we inherited from our (less than human) ancestors and our closest animal cousins , such as chimpanzees. It's xenophobia, fear , and intense dislike, at the "stranger", the outsider, the one who looks different from your own "group". It goes back to when primitive humans all over the world lived in tribal communities. You would think we'd overcome it today, but , some of this stuff is so deeply engrained in the human psyche that we're bound to probably always encounter at least some degree of it.

it the only way people can get back at there problem
which ,they can 't solve it on their own , face to face.
so they think it fun to make some one else mad on computer's
cuz they will need there cell- phone to only call cop for their rescue's
but when it come to fighting their out.they hold it in
then when it time to step up to a elephant their dont no how much weight is it to bare.
their cauntion's is whip .

because they are ignorant and raised to be intolerant of anyone different than they are.
racism/bigotry, etc, are all learned behaviors. and I personally feel teaching your child to be intolerant and hateful is child abuse.
