Probably betwen 120lb and 130lb would be considered ideal, however anywhere between 110lb and 150lb is acceptable. Ideal body fat percentage is between 20% and 25%, but anywhere between 10% and 30% is accceptable.
Ideal clothes size, maybe a size 4,6 or 8. Ideal measurements: 34-37 inches for the bust, 24-27 inches for the waist and 35-38 inches for the hips. HTH : )

Hi,
Us women are always trying to figure out what is ideal. But in truth, what is ideal is your health. Click here to figure out what YOUR Body Mass Index should be: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
You should be between 112lbs-147lbs to be within the normal weight guidelines of being 5' 5". Please do NOT go under 112 or over 147! That gives you a pretty broad range (of 35 pounds) to play around with and see what shape you like best!
:-)

This depends upon bone structure and age. I know a lady bodybuilder who is 5' 5.5" tall and weighs 130-140 lbs. She is muscular with only 11% bodyfat or so. The average lady has 22%-27% I've heard. The average man has 12.5%-15%. Do you have small, medium or big bones? I know a couple of athletic girls who weigh 125-130 lbs. at 5' 5". If your bones are smaller, you will weigh less than the 125-140 lbs. girls mentioned.

Everyone's body is different, but for women the rule of thumb to use as a guide is as follows:
- a woman of 5' should weight 100 lbs
- add 5lbs for every inch after that
So you should weigh somewhere around 125, making allowances for bone structure, etc.
