"... jet planes meeting in the air to be refuelled, all these things I love so well..."

Did you sing this at school? And do you know the rest of the words?

Haha! I'd totally forgotten this song!

Autumn days, when the grass is jewelled
And the silk in a chestnut shell
Jet planes meeting in the air to be refuelled
All these things I love so well
So I mustn't forget
No, I mustn't forget
To say a great big thank you
No, I mustn't forget.

Clouds that look like familiar faces
And winter's moon with frosted rings
Smell of bacon as I fasten up my laces
And the song the milkman sings.
So I mustn't forget
No, I mustn't forget
To say a great big thank you
No, I mustn't forget.

Whipped-up spray that is rainbow-scattered
And a swallow curving in the sky
Shoes so comfy though they're worn out and they're battered
And the taste of apple pie.
So I mustn't forget
No, I mustn't forget
To say a great big thank you
No, I mustn't forget.

Scent of gardens when the rain's been falling
And a minnow darting down a stream
Picked-up engine that's been stuttering and stalling
And a win for my home team.

So I mustn't forget
No, I mustn't forget
To say a great big thank you
No, I mustn't forget.

We did sing this at school. Someone else posted the words so I won't repeat them but IIRC this was voted the nation's favourite new hymn a few years back, although some people were a bit miffed about thanking god for the smell of bacon. Also I can't say I've ever seen jet planes meeting in the air to be refuelled, I don't know about anyone else!

Basically your dog is fertilizing your grass to death, due to nitrogen in the urine. If too much nitrogen is applied to a lawn it causes it to burn, just as if you were to over fertilize it. That is why the grass around the edges is very long and darker than the yellow spot. Large breed as well as unaltered female dogs tend to cause more of this. Milano is a fixed female and she hasn't left any brown spots in 8+ years.

LOL! Even my female kitten leaves brown spots on the grass...every time she runs out the door (as hard as we are trying to keep her an indoor kittie).

Is it a modern hymn? You are probably a lot younger than me, so I imagine the hymns have changed!!

Like your idea of the Bus Stop to my earlier question! The N5 bus stop in Hampstead could be a suitable location. ;o)
