www.blogspot.com - it's the best place for blogs, and it's 100% free. The other way you can set one up is through MySpace, if you've already got a MySpace page then you can add your blogs to that directly.

Mine's on blogspot.com, and they are really easy to use. I'm not that computer literate, but this site is very quick and easy to use, and you can upload pictures and everything.
