Absolutely. I used to work for one of the better know Insurance companies as an assessor. 60 hours/week, average pay, lots of pressure and targets. Took voluntary redundancy with both hands. Now I install windows and doors, mainly for the elderly on council grants. Love every minute of it, some of the people we meet are so friendly. Mind you I only work 2/3 days per week and play golf the rest of the time. Lovely. lovely, lovely.

"Do what you enjoy and the money will follow" were the words of advice given to me by an 80 year old man. It is true. I don't say I go to work, I go to play and come home with a check. I am lucky and so are you. This is the secret to the best life you can have.
When people work to make money to afford the things to make their life better, they forget the shortcut of just enjoying life.

I don't mind my job. although as far as i'm concerned, it's just a job. As soon as I walk out of the door at 5.30, I don't think about it again until i have to come back at 9.
I hate the fact that I have so far to travel, that the pay could be a little better, and that a woman who works in my office is extremely miserable!

I don't hate my job as such, I just hate working. I hate getting up, I hate the commute, I hate having to be here when there's nothing to do, I hate the commute home and I hate the fact that I've missed half a day by being here.

For being a recent college grad, I suppose. It's not the most mentally stimulating, but the money is good.
