i had sex with my bf last weekend friday and sunday and i was suppose to start my period on tuesday..... we didnt use a condom but im on the pill. so im not that late but my bf is starting to get worried about it and so am i now..... how big are the chances of me becoming preganant or am i just worrying about nothing...?

The pill is not 100% effective.. But give it another few days or a week then go get a pregnancy test. Your only a couple days late

There is a chance you could be pregnant. The pill is only 98% effective and that is if taken everyday at the same time. Also, even if he didn't finish inside you, there is still pre-ejaculation. Your period is only one day late and even though you are on the pill, your period can still be late sometimes. Wait until Friday and if your period doesn't come, then definitely take a test.

u r just one day late....thats not a big deal. and if u were on pills then u shud'nt be worried so much. i know these contraceptive pills are not 100% effective but still u shud wait for a week at least. if u dont have ur periods by then get a home test or go to da doc.

give it a couple of days, you had to of had sex before then to get pregnant, you ovulate about midway through your cycle, and your cycle starts on the first day of your period. How long have you been using the pill? Your body may still be adjusting to it. My cycle is usually 23 days, but while I was on birth control I ran 28 days. When I went off it I went back to 23 days.

Some women do get pregnant while on the pill, but I wouldn't worry about until you miss your period.
