Out Of Sight when the clumsy fat guy slips on the stairs and shoots himself in the head.

Also in Intolerable Cruelty (also with George Clooney) where the asthmatic guy confuses his gun for his inhaler. D'oh!

Dogdeball! When the sign fell on that old guy that was sitting in the wheelchair in the casino and crushed him. That was funny!

in dumb and dumber when they put the fire balls in to the 'gas man's' burger and he collapses and they try CPR. Very funny.
