Doesn't that make your husband Mexican as well - or maybe not, if one or both of them are adopted? If you are parted from your "husband" but still refer to him as such then, why not? Clarification is needed here.

i think ethnicity has nothing to do with dating your husbands brother.......the fact that he IS your HUSBAND'S brother is the issue....................not a can of worms you should even open! Are you even divorced yet.....you did not mention that he was an ex-husband? Gee and wouldn't that make family functions a little awkward?

His Nationality has nothing to do with the situation. You need to get a divorce before getting involved with your brother in law. No one deserves to be cheated on.
