I believe in both. I believe that each of us is born with natural abilities and constraints, that can be nurtured and matured by parents, education, and self motivation.

Both are of equal importance. Intelligence is a genetic trait but will not manifest fully without the nurturance and guidance to bring it to it's full potential.

i believe in nurture more than nature, although nature must play some role in how intelligent a human "can become".
