I'm not sure if this helps you, but you can go to www.photobucket.com and it will allow you to upload photos and stuff. It will give you a tag or an html code for your pictures. You can also search for images in there too.

http://www.sxc.hu/ and www.morguefile.com have tons of great photos that you can use on your website. Sometimes you have to credit the artist or let the photographer know but all of the photos are free!
Also try Wikipedia. Do a search on Wiki for stock photos. It gives you a list of photo websites and explains the differences between the types of copyrights and permissions i.e. Creative Commons, Public Domain. Its very useful.

You can search for free stock photos; or if you want, you can purchase CDs with stock photos or go to FutureStock.com; they have a lot of photos you can download for a reasonable price. I've used them before.

yes. just type what ever you want in your search engine and then, walla! you got what you want. but be careful some of it has copyrights, some contains spyware and viruses. good luck.
