There are some companies that do this in your bathroom without having to remove the bath (not suer of cost though). I've seen kits to do this yourself advertised in the back of various magazines (sunday mirror supplement and Your Home magazine). I didnt pay attention to detail I'm afraid as I just bought a new bath and was a bit annoyed at myself for not trying to repair mt bath. You use a roller - like for painting. Not sure how successful the results are though.

If the bath is just stained, you could try using a limescale remover first.

Depending on where you live, the bath tubs can be re glazed , and if there is ceramic tile that can be re glazed as well I am not sure about the price , but not too expensive they advertise bath tub for $175. and they have sales then a bath tub is 150.
Not sure about the ceramic tile

bath teeth - they sell it in Homebase. For a small chip like that, use an artist's paintbrush and circulate the stuff into the hollow. in trouble-free terms concern is you in trouble-free terms choose a drop and that's obtainable in 250ml tins.

Bath tub paints are not enamel. I believe they are all ceramic.
