Tomb Raider 2 programme error! help needed please?

When i've passed level one, and am just about to go onto level 2, a grey box comes up saying "FATAL: Level 2 (D:\data\boat.tr2) requires a new Tomb2.exe (version 1438575) to run."

What does this mean and how can I fix it????
