When I send an e-mail with an attachment, I get a reply back that says to resend it in pdf, word, or rich text format. How do you do this?

right click on the file and select to email to recipient.

What is the attachment you are sending? If it is a document, then open it, select all the text, and hit ctrl+c. Now open a wordpad document and click inside of it and hit ctrl+v. This should paste the text you copied. Now save it in wordpad. That should give you the rich text format you need to email as an attachment.

if you have Word, use it to open the document.. then go to 'file' and 'save as' and choose one of those formats.. the standard word format is .doc
