First would be to step up the border patrol. Illegal immigrants already in the country shouldn't be persecuted, but we sure as hell need to stop more from getting over here. Second, introduce a more significant fuel efficiency tax insentive for car companies and ordinary citizens who purchase fuel efficient cars. Third reverse the ban on government-funded stem cell research. Lastly, probably sleep a bit or eat something.
