i am applying for a supermarket job and i will have to attach a cover letter.

how can i explain to her that i don't have a national insurance number, and that if she was to employ me than she would have to write a letter to the local benefits office requesting a number for me.

how can i explain to her that i don't have any experience in the reatil sector and that i have arrived in the UK to settle down with my boyfriend.

how can i explain to her that i want this job because its near my living location. the hours of work really suit me?

thanks

if you are hot, a cover letter may simply be suitable with pictures of you mostly or completely naked.

You can organise an appointment to get an National Insurance Number youself, do a google search. Being you only applying for the position you shouldnt state things like that in your letter anyway. If and when you get an interview then you could discuss this with the company.

Emphasise to her that you are looking for a job in a supermarket as it involves working with people, which you really enjoy. State that although you dont have any retail experience, you are a quick learner and willing to undergo any necessary training required.

You shouldnt say in your cover letter that you want the job because of location or hours, its irrelevant.

Just tell the truth. Use proper punctuation in your letter.

Anyone who does not have an NI number should apply for one when they start work by contacting their local Jobcentre Plus office. The supermarket will know this.

If you want help with the letter, let me know.

Their are plenty of jobs within the retail trade, and dont beleive a covering letter to be as Important as a personal approch. But really you cannot expect them to get you a National Insurance Number. That surely is your responsibility, and if not you appear to be an illegal immigrant, what the hell do you think this country is?
