I've been drinking Bragg (2 tblspoons) with water 2 times a day for about 2 weeks........and I have noticed i feel better, though I hate the taste. I just wanted to hear anyone's personal stories if they have had any great benefits from it.....and is it a bad thing after time......I worry about the acid from it over time. But like I said...I do feel better.

I drink it for heartburn sometimes as well. No bad side effects that I have heard of.

Apple cider vinegar breaks down fatty, mucous and phlegm that are in the body si it improves the health and function of your liver, bladder, and kidneys. It also helps thin the blood, which prevents high blood pressure. It helps get rid of toxic substances that can be harmful. The potassium in apple cider vinegar also is helpful in easing the symptoms of common colds and allergies.

I've been taking the stuff for years. I like it mixed with olive oil, dash of salt and pepper and a tea-spoon of english mustard. Put the lot into a small blender and wizz. The benefits are that it makes a salad taste great and that helps enjoy your 5-a-day that the doctors keep telling you to take.

Two tablespoons of vinegar diluted in water is hardly acidic at all. It does have Vitamin C in it, but it's not a miracle cure for anything. If it makes you feel better, keep doing it. It can't hurt you. You'd get teh same "benefit", whatever it may be, from incorporating vinegar into your diet in other ways---in your salad dressing, for example. It would taste better.

Vinegar is a natural health cure for heartburn. I use it every time and it works. Doesn't feel pleasant going down, but it does the trick because contrary to what the pharmaceutical industry propagandizes (in order to sell drugs), heartburn is not caused by too much acid, but rather, too little. So add a little vingear, and problem solved naturally and without expensive drugs.

It's a good thing. Very beneficial. Our bodies are healthy when we have a ph around 7. We need alkalinity so we'll have healthy bones and nerves. If we be come too acidic our body pulls calcium and other minerals from our bones and nerves to buffer the condition. Strangely, acidic foods like vinegar and citrus gives us a higher ph. So, go for it!

No there are as few "dangerous side effects" as there are "health benefits" (not that placebo should ever be underestimated) but would rince your mouth with water afterwards so as to avoid the acid damaging your teeth.

There is evidence that this is harmful to the kidneys. A few years back everyone was taking it for weight loss and ended up with kidney problems. I am curious what you are taking it for? There are alternatives for everything.

All forms of vinegar can be harmful if injested even in relatively small quantities, even though many of us eat a variety of food products every day that have vinegar as an ingredient. It is acetic acid after all. It makes an excellent cleaning agent even in very dilute solutions. I recommend you stop taking it straight as you are and also cut back on the amount you ingest from the common food products such as ketchup and salad dressings.

It is said to be good for you. If you feel better after just two weeks it is probably OK. I also think you pass it every day(cleaning all your vital organs) so I wouldn't think you would have to worry about acid. But I am not a professional and could be wrong.

God Bless
