Try Palmer Cream for STretch Marks. It's worked for me through my pregnancies, or cocoa butter too.

The problem is that once the skin is stretched, it is very difficult to remove the marks. The best bet is to prevent them, which cocoa butter can do. As for the ones that are there, one of the best solutions is Stri-Vectin, which many people have found helpful in reducing the appearance of stretch marks. Another solution depending on where the marks are and the size of them, is to do a temporary solution (for the beach for example) by adding a dark self tanner to the marks to have them blend in more with the rest of your skin.

Use cocoa butter lotion every single day of your life! Also I like to use firming lotion as well on top to help firm the area.

Using both these methods has help reduce the appearance.

With my first child I used cocoa butter, vasaline ointment, mother's friend, vitamin E, and baby oil. It worked fine. With my second none of it worked.
