If you are using a c*ck ring, or other ligature, and you have had it too tight for too long, you could have done some serious damage to the blood flow. If you have taken Viagra when you didn't need it/wasn't presribed to you, you could be in serious trouble. If you have sustained an erection for several hours and it will not go down you have a possibly life-threatening condition.
In all cases, this needs urgent health care from your ER or doctor.
