I would try Motorola H500 it seems to be the best I have tried so far.

The one that fits your ear. Some folks like it covering the ear others like it over the ear. Try one out and see what you like best. Motorola H850 or 500 covers the ear. Plantronics Voyager 50 is over the ear. Whatever feels comfortable to you is the best for you.
